What we collect

When you enquire, we collect the details you choose to share: your name, phone/WhatsApp number, city, preferred learning mode and goal. When you enrol, we also collect the details needed for admission, invoicing and certificates.

How the enquiry form works

The enquiry form on this website does not store your details on our web server. When you press send, it opens WhatsApp with your message pre-filled so you can send it to us yourself. WhatsApp's own privacy policy applies to that message.

How we use your information

To reply to your enquiry and send course information you asked for
To manage admissions, classes, invoices and certificates
To improve our course and website

We do not sell your personal information. We will not add you to marketing lists without your consent, and you can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.

Analytics and cookies

We may use privacy-respecting analytics (such as Google Analytics) to understand how the website is used. These tools may set cookies. You can block cookies in your browser.

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may ask to access, correct or erase your personal data, or withdraw consent. Write to info@masterdigitalacademy.com.

Retention

We keep enquiry details for up to 24 months and student records for as long as needed for certificates, tax and legal purposes.
